I. Introduction
LucrTrade Limited (“LucrTrade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, operates the website at lucrtrade.com and provides trading education, community, tools, and market intelligence services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you visit our website, join our Discord community, subscribe to our services, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described herein.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please stop using the Platform immediately.
II. Data We Collect
We collect personal data in the following categories:
1. Account and Registration Data
When you register for an account or subscribe to a LucrTrade membership, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Username (if applicable)
- Date of account creation
- Membership tier and subscription status
2. Payment Data
When you purchase a Premium Membership or any paid service, payment transactions are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your full card details. Through Stripe’s processing, the following information is associated with your transaction:
- Billing name
- Billing email address
- Last four digits of your payment card (stored by Stripe)
- Card type and expiry date (stored by Stripe)
- Transaction amount, date, and status
- Stripe customer ID and transaction ID

3. Community and Platform Interaction Data
When you participate in our Discord community or interact with Platform content, we may collect or observe:
- Content you post, share, or comment on in community channels (e.g., trade ideas, analysis, feedback)
- Your activity level and general engagement within the community
Important: Our Discord community operates on Discord’s platform. Discord independently collects and processes your data according to its own Privacy Policy, available at discord.com/privacy. LucrTrade does not control Discord’s data collection or processing.
4. TradingView Access Data
To provision your access to our TradingView indicators, we may collect your TradingView username solely for the purpose of granting indicator access permissions on the TradingView platform. This data is not used for any other purpose.
5. Communications Data
If you contact us via email or any support channel, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- The content and history of your communication with us
6. Website Technical Data
When you visit lucrtrade.com, we automatically collect certain technical information via Google Analytics (website analytics) and Cloudflare (infrastructure and security), including:
- IP address and approximate location (country/region level only; IP addresses are anonymized before processing by Google Analytics)
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Referring website and pages visited on lucrtrade.com
- Date and time of access
- Device type and screen resolution
- Session duration and traffic source

7. LucrJournal Data
LucrJournal is a strictly local-first tool. All data you enter into LucrJournal is stored exclusively on your own device. LucrTrade does not collect, receive, process, store, or have any access to your LucrJournal data — including your trade records, journal entries, personal notes, or any data processed by AI agents you connect to LucrJournal. You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your local LucrJournal data.
III. How We Use Your Data
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

We do not currently send marketing emails, promotional newsletters, or any commercial communications to members.
IV. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
1. Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform. All service providers are contractually required to process your data solely for the specified purpose and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

2. Legal Requirements
We may disclose your personal data when required by law, or when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of LucrTrade, our members, or the public;
- Investigate or prevent suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity.
3. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a substantial part of LucrTrade’s business or assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. We will notify you of any such transfer and any changes to this Privacy Policy that result from it before your data is transferred.
4. With Your Explicit Consent
We may share your data with other parties where you have given explicit prior consent — for example, if you agree to have your testimonial, username, or trade example featured in Platform marketing or educational materials.
V. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required or permitted by applicable law.

When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@lucrtrade.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we may retain certain data where legally required (e.g., for tax or dispute resolution purposes).
VI. Data Security
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encrypted data transmission using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols;
- Access controls ensuring that personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
- Use of reputable third-party service providers with established and independently audited security standards (Stripe, Discord);
- Regular review of our internal data handling practices and access permissions.
However, no method of electronic transmission or data storage is completely secure. While we strive to implement best-practice protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us immediately at contact@lucrtrade.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. No Advertising or Tracking Pixels
We do not use any advertising or third-party tracking pixels (such as Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Pixel, or similar) on lucrtrade.com.
4. No Cookie Consent Banner
We have assessed our cookie usage and determined that:
- Strictly necessary cookies (Stripe, Cloudflare) are exempt from consent requirements;
- Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization and collects only aggregated, anonymized data.
Based on this assessment and the primary legal framework applicable to the Platform (Hong Kong PDPO), we do not currently operate a cookie consent management banner (CMP). If you wish to opt out of analytics cookies, please use the opt-out methods described above.
Managing cookies generally: You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser’s settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies (Stripe, Cloudflare) may impair your ability to use certain Platform features, including payment processing.
VIII. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform integrates with and provides links to third-party services. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy, which governs how it independently collects and uses your data. LucrTrade does not control the data practices of any third party and is not responsible for their privacy policies or data handling.

The Platform may also contain links to external websites, news sources, research tools, and other third-party content for informational convenience. Clicking such links will take you away from our Platform. Your data on those external sites is governed solely by their own privacy policies, and LucrTrade accepts no responsibility for them.
Affiliate Links: The Platform may include affiliate links to third-party products or services. Clicking an affiliate link does not result in LucrTrade sharing your personal data with the affiliate. However, the third-party website you visit may independently collect your data under its own privacy policy. The presence of an affiliate link does not constitute an endorsement of the linked product or service.
IX. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a user under 18, we will take prompt steps to delete such data and terminate the associated account without delay. If you believe a minor has registered on our Platform, please contact us immediately at contact@lucrtrade.com.
X. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by LucrTrade:
- Right of Access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Right to Correction / Rectification — to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Right to Erasure / Deletion — to request deletion of your personal data, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations;
- Right to Restrict Processing — to request that we temporarily or permanently limit how we use your data in certain circumstances;
- Right to Data Portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;
- Right to Object — to object to our processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis;
- Right to Withdraw Consent — where our processing is based on your consent, to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We will not discriminate against you, penalize you, or reduce the quality of our services to you for exercising any of these rights.
XI. International Users and Applicable Law
This Platform is operated by LucrTrade Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong, and is primarily governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (“PDPO”).
We serve members across multiple regions. While the privacy laws of different jurisdictions differ in their specific requirements, they share common foundational principles — including transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, security, and individual rights. This Privacy Policy is designed to uphold these principles across all regions we serve.
Users in Taiwan (台灣用戶) — Your personal data may additionally be subject to the Personal Information Protection Act (個人資料保護法, “PIPA”). The rights described in Section X are consistent with the data subject rights available to you under Taiwan’s PIPA, including your rights of access, correction, deletion, and restriction of use.
Users in Malaysia — Your personal data may additionally be subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). We process your personal data lawfully and transparently, and only for the purposes stated in this Policy, in a manner consistent with the seven data protection principles under Malaysia’s PDPA.
Users in Singapore — Your personal data may additionally be subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). We collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, consistent with Singapore’s accountability and purpose limitation obligations.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom — If you access the Platform from the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are identified in Section III.
Users accessing the Platform from outside Hong Kong do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with any additional local laws applicable to them.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy; and
- Posting a prominent notice on our website at lucrtrade.com.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights or how we use your data, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice.
